NEET UG 2021 – QUALIFYING CRITERIA

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency) for the student who wishes to study medicine. The medical aspirants will be selected based on the NEET score (NEET -UG / NEET-PG).

Moreover, this time the NEET exam was conducted in 11 languages. There are two international exam centers in Dubai and Kuwait this year. The exam was held on 12th September, 2021. NTA will release the result of NEET UG 2021 soon. Before announcing the result, NEET answer key will be released by the NTA official site. 

Once the NEET result declared, student can check the mark by entering the correct credential (application number and password) in the NEET official website neet.nta.nic.in. In the NEET score itself student can check the rank, percentile, cut-off everything.

The cut off for NEET is percentile bases follow

General and EWS – 50th percentile 

UR-PH – 45th percentile 

SC / ST / OBC – 40th percentile 

SC-PH / ST-PH / OBC-PH – 40th percentile 

Then they will released the list of 15% All Indian Quota, then further will be prepared for state quota. If  the candidates secure same mark, then the tie break procedure will follow. Like comparison of Biology and then Chemistry marks. based on the high mark final decision will be taken. Students are insist to check the NEET UG official website www.neet.nta.nic.in for recent updates.
